What You Get With Your Purchase

When you buy a home plan from GVP Design Drafting, you're investing in a complete set of professionally crafted blueprints, designed to get your construction project started smoothly. These are the essential plans that your city, county, and subcontractors will need to begin building your dream home. Your comprehensive package includes: Floor Plan, Front Plan, Elevation Plan, Roof Plan, Foundation Plan, Electrical Plan, and Site Plan. Please note that your personalized Site Plan will be delivered via email after you provide us with your property's survey, lot number, and subdivision information. We recommend checking if your chosen design fits your lot, considering setbacks and utility easements, before making your purchase. We can also add your property's address and legal description directly onto all your plans.

Beyond the detailed blueprints, you'll also receive a high-quality 3D Render of your home's front façade. This stunning visual serves as an excellent guide for the exterior look of your house, helping you envision its curb appeal. Remember, this render is a creative guide; you're not limited to the exact materials or colors shown and have the freedom to customize them for your future home. If you wish to flip the house design or make small changes to interior spaces, extra fees will apply, varying based on the extent of the modifications. Documents like Manual J, Windstorm, ResCheck, Plumbing Plan, HVAC Plan, and detailed plans are available at additional costs. We're here to advise you on how to obtain these extra documents and guide you through the entire process to successfully secure your building permit.
